YOU'LL NEED:
Leg extension machine

MUSCLES EXERCISED:
Quadriceps (at front of thigh)

Exercise Technique

  1. Sit in the machine with ankles behind and pressed against the ankle pad.
  2. With an even motion accelerate the weight upward until the legs are straightened and the knees are locked.
  3. Pause momentarily, then slowly return to the starting position.
