Exercise Technique
Hold lat bar with palms toward you and about 8 inches apart.
Position body so upper body is tilted back about 45 degrees.
Pull bar down until touching the upper chest.
Pause momentarily, then slowly return to the starting position.
This exercise can also be done sitting straight up and pulling bar down to the front or back of head with a wider grip of the hands palms facing foward.
