YOU'LL NEED:
Preacher curl machine, curl bar

Preacher Curls


Exercise Technique

  1. Sit on the seat, position arms so that chest is against the upper part of pad and elbows are against the bottom.
  2. Lift the curl bar from the rests and with a smooth continuous effort take the weight through a semicircular path until the bar reaches the top.
  3. Pause momentarily, then slowly return to the starting position.
