Physical Education classes are part of the educational process that takes place through movement activities. Our objective will be to have students participate in activities that will allow them to compete to their best ability.

1)Students will receive four daily points. Points will be taken away if students are not on time and are not properly prepared for class. Students must participate in all of the days movement activities to receive their points. Students will lose points for not demonstrating a positive attitude, or not demonstrating proper sportsmanship during class.

2) Written tests will be worth twenty to thirty points. These tests will be given at the end of each unit.

3)The students will know the proper bell ringers for class.
Class Units : Volleyball, Softball, Soccer, Badminton, Bowling, Basketball, and Golf.
Daily Bell Ringers for P.E. II and Lifetime Sports : 5-minute pre warm up, 5-minute stretch, 10-minute daily warm up. Monday - conditioning and work day. Tuesday - fitness lottery. Wednesday - 10 minute fun run. Thursday - relays. Friday - musical cones.

4)Students must have permission to leave the locker room or gym areas.

5)Students must have their personal belongings locked up in their gym locker or two points will be taken away from their daily grade.
Daily Bell ringers for Strength Training : 3-minute pre warm up, 5-minute stretch, 6-minute cross training.
