Bell Ringer - Image editing quiz

( save all of this in your FW Design Basics folder )

Use this image (right click and save)

and the image we took of you

(if you didn't take one you can use this image { click to open})

to create this image ( you can put your face on any of the characters)

Notice that the mask over the boys face is in a layer above the imported face.

When you are done save the file as quiz.png in the FW Design Basics folder.

Leave it as a png so I can see your selections and layers, do not export it as a jpg

Objectives

      1. Create a new word processor document
      2. Identify the parts of the document window
      3. Display menus and select commands
      4. Save a document
      5. Use spelling and grammar check
      6. Use toolbars
      7. Display formatting marks and identify them
      8. Change how a document is viewed

        • Do the practices first, then the questions, then the exercises
        • Write the answers to the questions in complete sentences
        • Save everything into a chapter 4 folder
        • Do not print anything
