the meeting to order and noted that the public meeting information is posted as
required by law and available for public distribution if requested.

by Miller to approve the minutes of March 11, 2008

Carried.
Moved by Miller and
seconded by Ruzicka to approve the Tax List Corrections #23-07P, 35-07R and
36-07R.
Affirmative vote: Miller,
Ruzicka, Dedic, Koci, Stuhr Motion
Carried.
Moved by Koci and seconded
by Dedic to authorize the Seward County Assessor to advertise for a public
hearing on April 22, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. and to notify the applicants.

Moved by Ruzicka and
seconded by Miller to adjourn at 8:36 a.m.
